I have a 2.5 year old, we ordered this because reviews indicated it was easy to control. Indeed my toddler figured the control out pretty easy. It is very durable and even with some rough treatment hasn't broken and runs great. He likes it ok but it doesn't hold his interest like the remote control car we have that is targeted at older kid.

This toy is cute. The fact that it moves around until you turn it off is a little annoying (because my daughter tends to just walk away from it). But, that's also what makes it good for a small child...the fact that it moves around in circles even if they aren't trying to control it. Overall I think it's a good toy.

I purchased this toy for my nephew for Christmas. He loves it and his parents appreciate the way it's made. He plays with it alot! I very much recommend this product! His parents also kept the catalog that came with the toy and plan on ordering more items from this company.

My three year old daughter loves this toy! It is so simple that she has no problems with the remote control. We have really old and really thick carpet, and this little bee zooms around on it with no problems. It does make a whirring type noise when it is on, and the little bee bottom spins, so I can see how it could become annoying to some people, but we just tune it out like all the other noisy toys in this house! The poor little bee has also survived the abuse of my 11 month old son, and has come through with no major injuries. An added bonus is how much the cats enjoy chasing it around the house! I think it does have educational value because it has taught my daughter that if she wants it to go somewhere, she has to wait for it to turn that way and then quick press the button. She has to think ahead. This is a super cute toy, but I bet a school age kid might tire of it pretty quickly with the simplistic remote control. (my way older than school age husband, however, has not tired of it yet)

This toy is so cute and perfect for my 17 months granddaughter. I played with it, and it is so easy to use. I didn't buy it for educational value but for fun and an easy to use controller. It is perfect.
